## MIL-STD-1553 & ARINC 429 Avionics Bus Interfaces for VME

### Overview

AIT provides MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429 instruments for VME systems. The **VME-1553** is offered in multiple variants and can support from 1 up to 8 MIL-STD-1553 bus interfaces in a single VME slot. **The VME-429** is capable of providing 8, 16, 32, or 64 ARINC 429 channel interfaces in a single slot. Both modules also provide support for synchronization to external IRIG-B master clock signals. Software support for real-time operating systems such as VxWorks.
